Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original professional packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship the Items

  Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned products, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
